See the world around you in a new way – a grey cloud or green tree will never look quite the same way again!

Throughout this practical art course we will look at how we see & interpret colour, the origins of pigments and how we can make & mix pigments. A variety of colour mixing methods and techniques will be covered for different media including watercolour, coloured and water-soluble pencils, oil pastels and oil paint.

Throughout the course we will also gain inspiration from other artists use of colour and how they have used colour to express and interpret their responses to the world around them from landscape, portraiture and plants to abstraction.

Course Fee: £100 including additional materials.
